At 1134 hrs, Company 70 was dispatched to Tanglewood Dr in Flying Hills for a
reported vehicle fire. Engine 70 made the response with a crew of 5 volunteers
with Deputy 70 (L. Hoffert) on board. While en route, FC34(Chief of Fire
services S. Brady) arrived on location reporting a fully involved vehicle fire
approximately 30 feet from the townhouse. Engine 70 arrived on location and a
packed crew went into service with a 100' of 1 3/4" wet bumper hose line. Crews
extinguished the fire with no extension noted to the building. All units cleared
the scene at 1236.
