The Grill Volunteer Fire Company is currently seeking local businesses to sponsor the fire company's website. The web site will display upcoming fundraising events, provide a summary of emergency and non-emergency calls the fire company responded to and highlight other events at the fire company.
The website will also be used to enhance communications between company volunteers by providing a private area for members to receive information.
We are currently asking for local businesses to assist the fire company financially to make this project possible. The fire company has developed two distinct sponsorship levels. Standard and gold sponsors will be highlighted randomly on the fire company's website. Standard sponsor's logo's will be displayed randomly only on the main page on the right side of the website. Gold sponsor's logos will be displayed on the left side of the webpage randomly on all of the fire company's web pages.
The fire company has developed two categories of sponsors.
Sponsors of $50.00 to $99.99 per year will be classified as standard sponsors.
Sponsors of over $100.00 per year will be classified as gold sponsors.
Additionally sponsors of over $100.00 per year will be given a certificate of appreciation by the fire company to be displayed at their business as a special thanks by the fire company.
Sponsors under $49.99 will not be displayed on the website.
If your business is interested in sponsoring the fire company's website, please fill out the attached website sponsorship form and return it along with a check and your business's logo or art work in .jpg format (the fire company can not guarantee the return of any art work) on a CD or floppy disk. All logos will be displayed in a random manner in a 150x115 picture box.
